At Sal McFord Art, every piece is created, packaged, and shipped with great care. Due to the nature of original artwork and limited-edition products, please read the following policy carefully before purchasing.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect selection

• Variations in colour appearance due to screen settings or device displays

• Delays caused by customs or international shipping carriers

Please ensure you review all artwork details, dimensions, and product descriptions carefully prior to purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Photographs of the item

• Photographs of the packaging and any damage

We will assess the issue and work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, repair, store credit, or refund where applicable.

Returns

Returns will only be accepted where approved in writing by Sal McFord Art prior to return shipment.

If a return is approved:

• The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

• The collector is responsible for all return shipping costs.

• The collector is responsible for arranging and paying for appropriate shipping insurance for the full value of the artwork during return transit.

• Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, or other international charges associated with the return are the responsibility of the collector.

• Sal McFord Art is not responsible for items damaged, delayed, or lost during return transit.

Refunds

Refunds, where approved, will only be processed once the returned artwork has been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be issued:

• Less original shipping costs (where applicable)

• Less payment processing fees, customs charges, duties, taxes, insurance, or other non-recoverable expenses incurred by Sal McFord Art

• Via the original payment method where possible

Original Artwork & Limited Editions

Please note that original artworks, commissioned pieces, custom-framed works, and limited-edition items are generally considered final sale unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

International Orders

International buyers are responsible for:

• Import duties

• VAT or local taxes

• Customs clearance fees

• Any additional shipping or insurance charges

These charges are non-refundable.
